- Sent us an email for an estimate. Email address is Service@HoustonIphoneRepairStore.com
- Make sure your name, phone number and email address are included with your device. You can print out the payment confirmation page or simply write your contact information on a piece of paper and include it.
- Take the package to a local USPS station.
- Ask the attendant to add signature confirmation to the package. This costs an extra $2 but it gets you a tracking number and proof that the package was delivered to us.
- Keep the tracking number they give you to monitor the package's status.
- Send us the tracking number by email so we can monitor the package status too.
- We'll contact you as soon as we receive your device letting you know we got it and go over the repair services with you.
- At that time you can pay by phone for your services if you didn't pay online yet.
- We will send it back to you and require a signature from you to accept the package.
- We'll get it to the post office and then send you email saying the phone has been shipped out.
